With nearly 40 years of industry experience, including more than 25 with Encore Canada, Steve serves as a trusted advisor to clients. His goal is simple: Achieve clients’ goals while providing measurable value.

Jay Lanchbury
VP, Sales
Starting with Encore Canada in 2004, Jay brings an impressive resume to the table. From working on both sides of the aisle to being proficient in developing strategic sales plans to having a storied sales history, he is experienced in all facets of sales management and has a proven track record of success.

Peter Cornforth
VP, Sales
Peter is a passionate AV professional who still loves the business after 30 years. He believes in creating long-term relationships with clients by helping them succeed and becoming their event partner vs just being another supplier. He offers a wealth of practical knowledge on event technology and how to use it effectively for live events.

Neil MacNeil
VP, Production Center Operations - Western Canada
Working in various markets across Canada, Neil brings over 25 years of event production and management experience to Encore Canada. With a passion for technology that intersects with a natural ability for client service, he has contributed to a history of successful events for clients such as The Salvation Army International Congress, The Environmental Services Association of Alberta, The Pipeline Contractors Association of Canada, The Juno Awards and The Canadian Ophthalmological Society.

Serge Kijner
VP, Production Center Operations – Ontario
When Serge joined Encore Canada in 2016, he brought more than 18 years of leadership experience. He’s using that expertise in his current leadership role to serve as the face of Encore Canada, bringing innovation and technology to each of his clients and on each event.

Bernard Carignan, M.B.A.
Vice President, Production & Venues, Eastern Canada
As vice president of Encore Canada eastern region, Bernard strives every day to deepen the company’s relationships with executives and senior levels at convention centers and venues, as well as large audiovisual accounts. He is focused on ensuring each client’s complete satisfaction, which he does by identifying and addressing potential areas of improvement and exploring new partnership and revenue opportunities.

Nozer Bhathena
VP, Venues
Nozer Bhathena is PSAV’s Vice President of Canada’s Venue operations. He is responsible for P&L management and provides hands-on leadership, inspiration and education of our core values and success tenants within his diverse workforce.

Madeleine Bart
VP, Creative and Marketing
Starting in the event marketing industry in 2011, Madeleine has a wide range of experience on both sides of the aisle. Joining Encore Canada in 2016, she brings a strong understanding of the industry and offers Encore Canada’s sales and marketing teams a fresh perspective. Madeleine’s collaborative attitude is key to finding creative solutions to challenges. And she enjoys that the Encore Canada’s enterprise promotes and shares the vision of “making it personal.”

Sonya Crisp
Director, Human Resources
Sonya joined PSAV in January of 2018, starting at the 2018 GLM. Sonya partners with the Canadian leadership team to provide strategic HR direction for the Canadian Business. Holding the SPHR designation, Sonya brings over 20 years of Human Resources expertise in all facets of Human Resources including Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, Performance Management, Training, and Health and Safety to the organization.

Mark Bullen
VP, IT
As the vice president of information services, Mark creates target paths of innovation and service for the Encore Canada enterprise. He realizes that to provide exceptional service and unmatched value, he must be able to not just listen to—but really hear—clients and the needs and expectations they communicate. His experience with system integration and his solid understanding of the audiovisual business model have provided a solid foundation on which Encore Canada can grow.

David Campbell
Managing Director, Canada
David Campbell is Encore Canada’s most senior executive responsible for developing strategies, driving growth, maintaining operational excellence and ensuring customer and employee satisfaction.
Campbell has 30 years of experience working in the hospitality industry and in strategic leadership roles, including nearly a decade as the vice president and general manager of a large audiovisual firm.
With Encore since 2015, he sets the company’s short- and long-range goals related to sales, operations, financial performance, quality. Campbell is a candid, entrepreneurial leader, empowering his staff and harnessing their energy to focus on a common goal.
An active advisor for the RIC Centre, Campbell is also a member of the Professional Convention Management Association (PCMA). Creating long-term working relationships is the key to his continued success, which he achieves by providing unparalleled service to each client.
