Details of functions:
  • Manage sales of Freeman services through incoming rental calls and facility referrals.
  • Prepare work orders, quotations and correspondence.
  • Client relations.
  • Provide administrative support to the branch.
  • Prepare spreadsheets, show reports and event information.
  • Attend and participate in weekly facility meetings.
  • Be main contact with facility for all AVE entries into facility EBMS (Electronic Business Management System).
  • Participate in duty rotation schedule.
  • Perform basic administrative tasks on a daily and weekly basis.
Requirements / Profile:
  • Experience in a sales environment.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Superior customer service skills.
  • Strong organisational and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of Freeman equipment and services.
  • Strong computer knowledge, Auto-Cad and other related drawing programs and excellent knowledge of the MS Office suite (Word, Excel and Outlook).
