Details of functions: |
- Manage sales of Freeman services through incoming rental calls and facility referrals.
- Prepare work orders, quotations and correspondence.
- Client relations.
- Provide administrative support to the branch.
- Prepare spreadsheets, show reports and event information.
- Attend and participate in weekly facility meetings.
- Be main contact with facility for all AVE entries into facility EBMS (Electronic Business Management System).
- Participate in duty rotation schedule.
- Perform basic administrative tasks on a daily and weekly basis.

Requirements / Profile: |
- Experience in a sales environment.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Superior customer service skills.
- Strong organisational and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of Freeman equipment and services.
- Strong computer knowledge, Auto-Cad and other related drawing programs and excellent knowledge of the MS Office suite (Word, Excel and Outlook).
